Trigger account-wide inbox sync

Kicks off the legacy IMAP sync Lambda for every mailbox on the account, refilling the DynamoDB cache with new messages. Returns immediately; the actual sync runs asynchronously.

Call this when you need mail pulled right now. GET /v1/inbox already triggers the same sync for API-token callers on a 10-minute cooldown, so polling integrations do not have to call it on every cycle.
