Export email users to CSV

Export email users to a CSV file in various formats compatible with popular email outreach tools. The CSV is uploaded to S3 and a presigned download URL is returned. The URL expires after expires_in seconds (15 minutes); the CSV holds plaintext mailbox passwords, so the link is deliberately short-lived. Download it straight away, and run the export again for a fresh link.

Pre-filled sequencer settings: formats with a per-mailbox daily sending limit column are pre-filled with 15 cold emails per mailbox per day (or the mailbox's own daily send limit, if that is lower). Formats with a sequencer warmup on/off column export it as FALSE, since Winnr runs its own warming.

Rate Limit: This endpoint is heavily rate limited to 1 request per 5 seconds per account to prevent abuse, as export operations are resource-intensive.
