Get plan and usage for the current API key

Returns the caller‘s subscription plan together with current rate-limit and monthly quota state — how many requests have been used, how many remain, and when the monthly counter next resets. This endpoint is free: calling it does NOT consume your monthly quota, though it is still rate limited.
