List jobs

List the authenticated user's analysis jobs, newest first.

Accepts both Cognito JWT (dashboard) and API key auth. duration_ms is measured to completed_at; for failed jobs persisted before completed_at was stamped on failure it falls back to updated_at. Declared before /{job_id} so the literal path wins.
