End Call

End a call and stop streaming STT.

This should be called when the telephony system ends the call. Triggers call finalization in the background.

Publishes SSE events to match the production flow:

  1. Immediately: call_ended (finalized: false) - triggers coaching modal
  2. After finalization: call_ended (finalized: true) - triggers data refresh
