Start Call

Start a call for this session.

Creates a CallSession record so the call appears in call history immediately. Used by frontend for training calls where ElevenLabs handles audio directly.

Args: session_id: Session ID (must be created first via POST /sessions) scenario: Optional scenario identifier (e.g., "debt_collection") persona_id: Optional training persona practised against (training calls)
