Get task run cost

Get the cost accrued by a task run, in USD and in spatial units.

The cost can take up to 45 minutes after the run ends to become final. While isSettling is true the cost may still change, and a zero means nothing has been priced yet. Once isSettling is false the cost is final, and a zero means the run cost nothing.

If you need the final cost, poll every 10 minutes until isSettling is false.
