Public booking

A person’s public booking page (name, welcome, active link types) — or a team handle’s single link

For a team handle (whenmeet.me/@acme-sales) the same shape holds exactly that team link, welcome is null, name is the team name (else the link title) and aliasOf names the owner handle + slug to call for slots and book. An inactive or released team handle is 404.
