Returns a list of cars with the specified parameters.

Request

Query parameters

section_widthinteger required
Example:235

Section width is the width of the tire in mm. You can use GET /by_tire/sw/ to get a list of available value values. (e.g. 225)

aspect_ratiointeger required
Example:60

The Aspect ratio is indicated on the tire sidewall as a percentage. It's the height of the sidewall measured from wheel rim to top of the tread, expressed as a percentage of tire width. You can use GET /by_tire/ar to get a list of available value values. (e.g. 45)

rim_diameternumber double required
Example:18

Rim diameter is the distance measured in inches across the face of the wheel, from bead seat to bead seat. You can use GET /by_tire/rd to get a list of available value values. (e.g. 19)

regionstring[]

A Region is the region where the car was officially sold or is still being sold. You can use GET /regions/ to get a list of available slug values. (e.g. usdm)

mode'both' | 'front_only' | 'rear_only'

The Mode is used to set the search mode for data on the axes of wheelpairs. By default, the search uses the axles of the front and rear wheelset. Mode possible values: both, front_only or rear_only. (e.g. both)

speed_symbolstring[]

Filter by tire speed symbol(s), e.g. H, V, W. Repeatable — multiple values are OR-combined. Available values and per-value car counts are advertised in meta.facets.speed_symbol; echo a value back here to drill down. (e.g. H)

speed_symbol_min'L' | 'M' | 'N' | 'P' | 'Q' | 'R' | 'S' | 'T' | 'U' | 'H' | 'V' | 'Z' | 'W' | 'Y'

Filter by minimum tire speed symbol (inclusive): match cars whose tire speed rating is >= this symbol. Ordered by rated speed, NOT alphabetically (e.g. H=210 km/h ranks above U=200). Combine with speed_symbol_max for a range. (e.g. H)

speed_symbol_max'L' | 'M' | 'N' | 'P' | 'Q' | 'R' | 'S' | 'T' | 'U' | 'H' | 'V' | 'Z' | 'W' | 'Y'

Filter by maximum tire speed symbol (inclusive): match cars whose tire speed rating is <= this symbol. Substitution: a tire rated V is safe on cars needing speed_symbol_max=V. Ordered by rated speed, NOT alphabetically. Combine with speed_symbol_min for a range. (e.g. V)

load_indexinteger[]

Filter by tire load index(es), e.g. 91. Repeatable — multiple values are OR-combined. Available values and per-value car counts are advertised in meta.facets.load_index; echo a value back here to drill down. (e.g. 91)

load_index_mininteger

Filter by minimum tire load index (inclusive): match cars whose tire load index is >= this value. Combine with load_index_max for a range. Independent of the exact load_index filter. (e.g. 91)

load_index_maxinteger

Filter by maximum tire load index (inclusive): match cars whose tire load index is <= this value. Substitution: a tire rated N is safe on cars needing load_index_max=N. Combine with load_index_min for a range. (e.g. 100)

fitment'square' | 'staggered'

Filter by fitment type: staggered (rear tire size differs from front) or square (same size all around). Omit to include both. The available split and per-type car counts are advertised in meta.facets.fitment. (e.g. staggered)

orderingstring

Comma-separated list without spaces. Supported field names: make, model

limitinteger

Maximum number of results to return (0–100).

offsetinteger

Number of results to skip for pagination.
