Estimate official WhatsApp messaging charges

Fetch official calculator rates and volume tiers for a market/currency/category and estimate delivered-message charges. Since 2026-10-01 Service (free-form replies inside the 24-hour window) is billed after the first 1,000 a month per business number, and utility templates inside the window are billed; only freeEntryPointWindow (click-to-WhatsApp ads, Page buttons) makes messages free. alreadyDelivered is this month's earlier delivered volume for the same category and number. Excludes taxes and provider fees; not a binding quote.
