Only entries occurring at or after this point. An ISO instant, or a plain YYYY-MM-DD, which means the start of that day in UTC.

Only entries occurring at or before this point. A plain YYYY-MM-DD means the END of that day in UTC, so from=to= a single date returns that whole day -- which is the case a caller looking for one day's page actually has (#1431).
