Fax_ChangeFaxFilterValue

Changes the filter value of the Fax(s) identified.

Useful to reset the read status of a fax or to delete a fax.

Filter Values can be:

None (reset - marked as unread), Retrieved (Marked as Read), Removed (Deleted)
