Run a product tool via the { tool, input } envelope

Envelope form of the per-tool operations above, kept for existing callers. New integrations should call the per-tool paths instead: one operation per intent, each carrying that tool's own arguments as the whole request body.

Shape depends on the tool. Search-style results carry products, an optional catalogMatch of identity-resolved offers, and filtered, a count by reason of the weak matches withheld — report that count rather than implying the search was exhaustive.
