Special events discovery (read-only). Hits the SpecialEvent model directly — these live outside provider_custom_services and are invisible to /services/search. Filters by: - public event (active + business with a publicly eligible branch) - upcoming active occurrence - optional token matching on title / description - optional max distance from origin if coords supplied
