Verify email of the authorized user

The second step in verifying the authorized user's email. The randomly generated code sent to the authorized user via email, using Send an email verification code to a user, is submitted here to verify the authorized user's email.

This is needed as part of the verification process for basic due diligence.

:::note On sandbox, no email is sent and verificationCode is always 123456. :::
