Get project

Returns a single project's metadata: the same fields as the list endpoint, plus revision.

revision is the project's last-update timestamp. Pass it back as expectedUpdatedAt on writes that are fenced on the project revision (renaming via PATCH /projects/{projectId}, or op: "set-settings" on POST /projects).

Returns 404 when the project does not exist or was deleted, and 403 when the credential cannot access it.
