Aggregates the immutable published-signal ledger joined to realized outcomes: per-action hit rates, IL-adjusted 7d PnL, weekly ENTER hit-rate trend, and the 50 most recent resolved signals. Honest by construction — every published signal is timestamped at publish and labeled after the fact. Cached 10 minutes.
