WhatsApp connect event

Sent to the webhook_url of Connect a WhatsApp number at each step: qr_generated (repeated every several seconds while waiting for a scan), pairing_code (once), then connected or not_connected. Not signed: put a secret in the URL and confirm with Connection status. Not retried; WbizTool waits up to 10 seconds.

Any HTTP status is accepted.

Changes

Webhooks have no change history: a webhook is keyed by its event name rather than a path and method, so no recorded change can name it.
