Get message status (deprecated)

Old form of Message status with msg_id in the body; returns the same fields. It also accepts GET with client_id, api_key and msg_id in the query string, which exposes the key in logs. Use POST /message/status/{msg_id}/ instead. The JSON body is served with Content-Type: text/html; parse it as JSON whatever the header says.
