Delete your own user account (email-confirmed). BLOCKED (409) while you own an org that is not being deleted — delete each or transfer its ownership away first; deleting your account never tears down an org for you. While an org you own is still being deleted the account deletion is PENDING (status "deletion scheduled", delete_after): you are signed out, signing in again cancels it, and it completes once those orgs are gone. Memberships in orgs you don't own are dropped. A user may exist while belonging to zero orgs — this is the ONLY thing that deletes a person.
