Get session media URLs

Get time-limited signed URLs for session audio and video files. URLs expire after 1 hour.

When the session's audio recording was deleted (by the user, their retention policy, or an admin), or null. The transcript and summary are kept; /v1/sessions/{id}/media returns null URLs.
