Get multiple runs by ID

Retrieve run details for 1–100 run IDs. Returns a top-level array in input order, preserving duplicates with one result per input occurrence. Each result contains the requested run_id and exactly one of run, the same run object returned by getRun, or error, the standard API error getRun would return for that ID. Authorization and per-run errors follow getRun semantics. Completed batches return HTTP 200 even when every result is an error; shared infrastructure failures fail the request with HTTP 500.
