For the fallback path: rewrite the hardcoded canonical/og:url in company.html to match the actual request URL. Without this, every fallback page tells Google "I'm an alternate of /company" → ~2,213 company pages got categorized as 'Alternate page with canonical' in GSC and never indexed. (The in-page JS that tried to fix this only matched /company/* paths, which broke after the URL migration to /layoffs/company/*.)
