List warmup stats
Per-mailbox warmup health in BOTH directions: sending-side progress, today's volume, placement and reputation, plus the incoming side — whether warmup is actually arriving at the mailbox (incoming_warmup_state), when it last did, and whether it is paused and why. inbox_rate measures the SENDING side only; inbox_rate_measures spells that out so the two are never conflated. inbox_rate_scope says where it is measured: warmup emails between mailboxes in the warmup network, never your own contacts. Cursor paginated.
Required scope: warmup:read.
