Webhooks

Add a webhook endpoint (the secret is shown once)

Events are POSTed as JSON with header Wall-Signature: t=<unix time>,v1=<hex HMAC-SHA256 of "<t>.<body>" with the secret>. Failed deliveries are retried for about two days. Events: booking.awaiting_approval, booking.approved, booking.in_review, booking.declined, booking.awaiting_payment, booking.payment_failed, booking.confirmed, booking.live, booking.placement_removed, booking.cancellation_requested, booking.cancelled, report.ready, quote.expired.
