Price a booking

Price a set of venues and dates. Checks they are free and returns a quote that holds its price for 30 minutes (it does not hold the screens). end_date is exclusive: a one-day booking on 1 November is start_date 2026-11-01, end_date 2026-11-02. Needs scope quote.
