Scan G2

Scan G2 for company and competitors.

This endpoint:

  1. Searches G2 for the company (or uses org settings if not provided)
  2. Gets the company's G2 ratings and reviews
  3. Discovers competitors from G2
  4. Auto-creates competitor records in the database
  5. Updates G2 fields on all competitors

Returns scan results with discovered competitors.
