Authorize

Return the Pipedrive OAuth URL as JSON instead of redirecting directly.

/connect requires this same Clerk-authed dependency, but a plain top-level browser navigation (window.location.href) can't attach an Authorization header - so the frontend calls this authenticated endpoint first (via fetch) to get the URL, then does the actual redirect itself. Mirrors hubspot_auth.py's POST /authorize.
