Retrieves languages.

Pagination offset (zero-based). Default: 0. Passing either offset or limit also returns the collection in a stable order so that pages compose — by name for brands, browsers and operating systems, by code for countries, languages and time zones. Omit both and the collection keeps the order it has always been returned in, which is not guaranteed to be stable between calls.

Maximum entries to return per request. Omit to return every entry, which for the device dictionaries is a large response. Use offset to page through; totalCount always reflects the number of entries available. Passing this parameter also returns the collection in a stable order — see offset.
