One-click DNS setup link

A Domain Connect link: the domain owner opens it, approves at their DNS provider, and the records are written for them. When the provider doesn't support it (or it isn't configured here), supported is false and records are the ones to add by hand. service=inbound gives the MX record for an inbox subdomain.
