Stop a running separation

Abandons an in-flight separation and returns the song to uploaded, so you can re-separate or delete it. This does not refund the charge: the job was accepted and the compute is spent either way. The worker is not interrupted, it just finishes into a song that no longer listens. Use this to clear a run that looks stuck, not to undo a mistake.
