List member ICHRA payment accounts
Lists a member's ICHRA payment accounts — one per employment that is enrolled in an automated-banking ICHRA benefit. Each row carries the deposit account number and routing number, the current balance, the most recent credit and its date, and whether a debit card has been provisioned. Card credentials are never included; they are revealed only through a card session. A member not visible to the caller returns a 404.

Headers
Organization to act as for this request (e.g. org_SGVsbG8gV29ybGQ). Optional when your credentials reach a single organization. Required when they reach several — omitting it then returns 400 organization_required. A malformed value returns 400 invalid_organization_header, and naming an organization you do not have access to returns 403 organization_access_denied.
