Adds items to an in progress tab order

Items cannot be added to an in progress tab order when in progress tab order IsOpen equals false.

For in progress standard order or in progress gift shop order entities, use SetItems instead.

Items that require preparation are immediately sent to the kitchen.

Items cannot be removed or modified once added to an in progress tab order
