Check status of an in-flight audience-refresh job

Polls a running audience snapshot job by jobId. Returns { status: "processing" | "completed" | "failed", snapshot?, error? }. Free — no credit cost. Mirrors the post-collection job-polling pattern. Job state is cached in Redis for 24 hours after completion; older job IDs return 404.
