Vehicle History API -- generate a vehicle history report

Generate a vehicle history report for a VIN. Reports are retained for 90 days -- reuse the same id with the same VIN to retrieve the same report without a new billable lookup. Also accepts POST with the same parameters.

Set to 0 for an unbranded PDF (format=pdf only).
