Recent delivery attempts for an endpoint

Self-diagnosis for a receiver that is not getting events. status: DEAD means we gave up and will not send that event again — fetch the result with GET /v1/tts/{jobId} instead.

We never record or return your endpoint's response body; lastError is a short code and lastStatusCode is the HTTP status we saw.
