Cancel a managed account

Live accounts: billing stops at the end of the current period (no proration). The account keeps working until cancelAt, then is removed. Sandbox accounts are removed immediately.

reserve=true (Scale): charges 250 credits now and keeps the account on reserve for 14 days after cancelAt instead of removing it: status reserved, no posting, no billing. Reactivate it with POST /api/managed-accounts and reactivateAccountId; after reservedUntil it is gone. Can be sent again to add reserve to a scheduled cancellation. In the sandbox the account ends 2 minutes later and stays reserved for 10 minutes, at no cost.

On a reserved account, DELETE gives up the reserve and removes it now.
