Fetch an uploaded file

Fetches an uploaded file by its ID.

An uploaded file is a document or image that has been uploaded to Vetcove's file storage via the upload flow (generate URL → upload to S3 → register file).

get/ext/v2/uploaded-files/{uploaded_file_id}/
