Fetch a service pricing group

This endpoint is available to Group API Keys only.

Fetches a service pricing group by its ID.

A service pricing group sits within a service pricing category and defines a set of prices for the services in that category. Different clinics can be assigned to different pricing groups, allowing tiered pricing across locations.
