Fetch an item

Fetches a catalog item (individual SKU) by its ID.

The Vetcove catalog has a three-level hierarchy: Product Line → Product → Item. An item is the most specific level — a particular SKU with a specific size, count, or formulation (e.g., "Heartgard Plus 26-50 lbs, 6-pack"). Each item belongs to a product, which in turn belongs to a product line.

Name of the Item itself. For the complete name of the Item, see the full_name field.
