Fetch an invoice refund

Retrieves an invoice refund by its ID.

An invoice refund represents a reversal of a payment made on a clinic invoice. Refunds can be issued as store credit, a credit card reversal, or through an external payment processor. Each refund is tied to a specific invoice payment and records the amount returned to the client. Invoice refunds are never deleted.
