Fetch an insurance provider
Fetches a pet insurance provider by its ID.
Insurance providers are a reference list of pet insurance companies (e.g., Trupanion, Nationwide). When a clinic patient has insurance, their record references one of these providers. This is a global reference table, not scoped to a specific organization.
