List calendar designation blocks

Returns the designation blocks for a clinic's calendar within a date range. The blocks are sorted by datetime in ascending order.

A calendar designation block represents a time window on a resource's schedule that is designated for specific appointment kinds only (e.g., a block reserved exclusively for surgeries).

Required. End date for fetching designation blocks. This will be translated to a datetime representing the end of the day in the clinic's timezone. Must be no more than 30 days after start_date. Format: YYYY-MM-DD
