Check the current REST buyer authorization

GET/HEAD requires an existing REST-audience buyer access token with nonempty granted scopes. Rechecks its live buyer-session binding and revocation, without reading cart, contacts or orders. Returns only resource, granted scopes and expiry. Does not issue credentials, add scopes or confirm an order. Anonymous catalog credentials are not buyer grants.
