Sendgrid Event Webhook

Webhook for the SendGrid event webhook, which posts events in batches.

SendGrid retries a batch for 24 hours unless it gets a 2xx, so the batch is recorded before answering; a malformed body gets FastAPI's automatic 422 and is retried.
