Update a source

Changed on

Partial update of a source's name and/or auth_url. Renaming changes the name you address this source by on every subsequent call; in-flight migrations are unaffected. A rename that matches another source's exact name is refused — it would make both unaddressable. Source knowledge is managed separately at /sources/{source}/knowledge.
