NBI Clearance Verification

This method helps you to verify a Philippine National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance number against the legal source.

Request Notes

clearance_number is the NBI clearance number, maximum 20 characters, letters, numbers and hyphen only.
reference_id is optional. When it is empty, a UUID is generated and returned in the response. It must be unique per service: reusing a reference_id returns Transaction already created for this reference_id.

Response Notes

verification_status returns VERIFIED when the clearance is valid, and REJECTED when it is expired or not found. The identity data of the clearance holder is returned inside verification_result together with is_valid.

Verihubs ID, generated string that is unique for every transaction.

reference_idstring required

Reference id of the transaction, the same value you sent (or a generated UUID if it was empty).

messagestring required

Shows message of the response. Returns NBI Clearance verification successfully completed for a verified or expired clearance, and NBI clearance number not found when the clearance number is not found.

verification_statusstring required

Verification status of the transaction. Returns VERIFIED or REJECTED.
