Find an entry by name, for a console form or the console search

Up to 10 entries matching find: blocked ones too for an account with manage_entries or suppress_history, else what the public search finds. Each says whether its history is hidden and, to an account that may open its Wikidata page, whether the sync may read it now (linked to an item, neither protected nor claimed; false to anyone else): what the console search needs to offer the entry’s other pages. Empty find: none.
