Suggest entries as a name is typed

What the search box suggests: up to 10 entries whose name starts with, contains or nearly matches the text, best first. With no text, the trending entries. A blocked word answers ["block"]. Its shape is the old site’s, kept for the search box; for anything else GET /api/v1/search is the better read, with paging and the entries’ details.

Same-origin only: it sends no CORS headers. A key is not needed. One that is sent is checked: a bad one is refused (400 or 401) before the route runs, and a good one makes the answer private (Cache-Control: no-store, Vary: Authorization).
