Executive

Get one receipt-qualified OGE transaction by its stored identifier.

Returns exactly one accepted active version in the current or Developer as_of snapshot, with the same receipt, filed-range, computed_at and content-hash contract as the list. On anonymous/free/evaluator access the ID is looked up only within the globally recent 25 serving candidates. A missing, held or out-of-window ID answers 404 without revealing old rows; an ambiguous identity fails closed. Retained versions can be reconstructed using Developer as_of. Existing /disclosures/{disclosure_id}/history remains the observed-version history surface; this release adds no Executive change-stream or export operation.

The stored 64-character lowercase hexadecimal transaction_id bound to the retained OGE version. The parameter example is a stored OGE ID from the credential-free Production /disclosures capture at 2026-10-13 17:34:59Z; an Executive endpoint response has not yet been captured.
